Thee Moths are sometimes several, often one. Over the last two or three years the band has expanded and contracted as needs have dictated. For the time being, Thee Moths has become just Alex Botten and whoever he asks to help.

Songs and sounds pour out in equal measure with albums and live performances, veering from soft acoustic reverie to 400bpm laptop noise improv.

Thee Moths have appeared on upwards of 30 releases, including full-lengths, EPs, and compilations on labels such as Pet Piranha, Total Gaylord, Asaurus, Stolenwine and Banazan.
