We are The Shovels. We are on our own trip and on a mission to rise up against the decline of the Modern culture, and we are ready and prepared to start a musical revolution. We strongly believe we have all the ingredients to do so. We've got the right tunes, the right attitude and the right equipment on board of our vessle. We play energetic live shows and therefore this band has become a real prize winning unit over a short period of time. We won the Limbomania (B) silver medal in 2005 and the Mama's Pride Festival cup (NL) in 2006. Because of our great live reputation we've had the opportunity to play a good bunch of exciting gigs all over Belgium and Holland in 2006, including the well-known Belgian Pukkelpop festival (which happens to be in Kiewit, which is next to Hasselt, where we operate from)...
