In Las Vegas, the Sphinx overlooks the Brooklyn Bridge. Venice sits in the shadow of the Eiffel Tower. The world is closer than you think. The computer is making the world closer. Digital cinema is making the world closer. I wanted to use a variety -- and hybrids -- of world music for The Center of the World.
