RAY WALKER, the song leader in these special "Capitol Rotunda" editions, is the bass for the internationally known JORDANAIRES, and is a member of the Country Music Hall of Fame.

What a singing, and what an accomplishment to capture these special editions on compact discs! Naturally, when we were availed this opportunity, we were aware that these recordings would not have the normal church building acoustics, but would be distinctive and abounding. Listeners will be able to discern and experience this broad, deep and wide sound on these three Double CD Albums containing 110 songs. It is almost angelic. Nothing like this will probably ever be done again. Because of that, these could be considered collectors' items. The other two recordings in the Capitol Rotunda collection are entitled: (1) "Tribute To Fanny J. Crosby" and (2) "Wonderful Words Of Life".

Yes, these recordings were done at a different place, and at a different time. Just think about it and imagine, and you can distinguish a different environment and even picture that wonderful, magnificent, beautiful and elegant edifice. We are glad we produced these recordings while we could, and were able to include these three special double editions as part of RAY WALKER'S "Song Book Song Series".

These three editions were recorded during the Reagan years, when permission was easily granted, and when the engraving of the Ten Commandants was not even questioned. We even had time to do some special musical arrangements.
