Paul Grogan is an LA based Electronic Music Producer and DJ. He runs an independent record label, ‘Rampant Records’ which he launched in 1994. With 10 years of quality releases Rampant has become a well known and respected “breakbeat” label. Paul produces a variety of electronic styles including Breakbeat, House & Trance, to date he has written, produced & released over 110 dance tracks worldwide. He records under many different pseudonyms including The Coffee Boys, Mr. Funkster, Ascendance, Round Trip, Pablo, Faithealer, Gorilla Pimp, Immigrant, Manitou and Housebound and on a few occasions he has also released records under his own name.

Paul's tracks have appeared on compilations by such artists as Paul Oakenfold, Armin van Buuren, Nick Warren, Dave Seaman, Joshua Ryan, John Kelley and DJ Keoki to name a few.

He has also notched up a few remix credits with such artists as The Crystal Method, X-Cabs, Cirrus, Supreme Beings of Leisure, Deepsky, Pete’The Shaker’ Bones, John Kelley, Joshua Ryan, Random J, Brownie, Astral Matrix, Analog X & Doc Martin and his tracks & remixes have appeared on many other labels including Ministry of Sound, Priority Records, Hook, Moonshine, Arcade, React UK, United & Subversive.

Paul has also written original music for a number of video games by such developers as Universal/Vivendi, Konami, Namco & Infogrames.

His music has appeared in national 'Miller' beer commercials, movie trailers as well as being featured many times on MTV's 'The Real World', 'Road Rules' and 'Making The Video' tv shows, Other TV credits include 'America's Next Top Model', ‘Queer Eye For The Straight Guy’, 'VH1 Fashion Awards' and the 'MTV Video Music Awards'.

Paul is also a talented DJ and has toured extensively over the course of his career. His special blend of Funky Breaks & Trance has wowed crowds nationwide with his bookings have taken him across the entire country. Paul has also DJed internationally with bookings in Europe, Thailand, Taiwan & Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Paul continues to write & record tracks for general release, videogames, commercials, film & TV.
