A celebration of Greek music and dance (zeibebiko!) compiled by the Nederlands Blazers Ensemble together with John Psathas, a young New Zealand composer of Greek descent. The programme covers 2500 years of Greek music, including the first hymn to Apollo from Delphi, music from Byzantium, taximia, traditional folk music and dance, popular music and contemporary Greek sounds. Featured guests from Greece are clarino-player Manos Achalinotopoulos and percussionist Vangelis Karypis
