"Everybody Has Their Day" was written by Mike Harris for Elvis. Mike's performance of this song is quite amazing.
Mike Harris started writing songs in 1959 after a stint in the army. He and Bob Summers (Mary Ford's brother) produced and wrote songs for Terry Stafford, Stan Lee Black, Johnny Crawford and Mary Ford.
Mike wrote "Everybody Has Their Day" for Elvis and recorded it as a solo artist in 1966. It was released as a single but got lost in the corporate mire of the record business. The "B" side was "Dry Bones", a traditional
spiritual arranged by Mike and Bob Summers.
So here, from the vaults, is that single, digitally re-mastered in stereo.
