kHz works hard to be themselves than fit into any mold. Creating everything on their own from albums, videos, artwork and web sites. Their unique and honest DIY approach began to turn some heads and people took notice. Some highlights include spending 14 weeks in the top 20 most requested song charts on SIRIUS radio's "OCTANE", winning an award for the best Indie American Latino band From AIM TV, their music being featured in films like "Return of the Living Dead" and "Drive-thru" and being a featured band on Dave Navarro's radio and TV shows "Spread Entertainment" just to name a few.
Heavy Metals most recognized Female VJS, Mistress Juliya, recently hosted several kHz shows which they headlined, and on the Internet's sensation Myspace, the Metal Mistress herself,Sanaz, features the band on her personal profile and regards herself as a fan.

Between live performances, guitarist/producer of kHz, Pull, has been producing & remixing releases by major artists such as Shinedown, Mick Jagger, Rob Thomas, LiL Kim, Diddy and Jewel, among others. You also will hear Pull creating music for television shows like CRIBS and the US Open which he won the "Sportel" award for. He has directed and edited all of the bands highly acclaimed videos which have been circulating nonstop over the Internet and have been added to rock video pools that service clubs across the country.

Lead Singer Raiana has completely embraced her dynamic range of abilities. She has been featured in Maxim Magazines new Bacardi advert for Mojito, Guitar Player magazine for Samson products, Best Buy stores across the country on microphone boxes and she is the official Spread Radio Live Vixen, where she models Dave Navarro's custom clothing line for his radio station
