Karen Swanson connects movement with breath to synchronize the mind and body in both gentle and active yoga sequences. Blue Sky Mind offers a guided yoga practice drawing from Iyengar and Kripalu yoga,
providing attention to detail and alignment, while allowing for a deep inner connection
and flow, using the breath as your guide. Both sequences are accompanied by meditative ambient music by Conni St.Pierre, who composed the music to complement the yoga postures and breathing.
“Practice being free, the rest will follow.”
words from a dream
This guided practice is intended to
support your home practice, or help you create
one. It is best to have a working knowledge of
the poses. Both the English and Sanskrit names
of the postures are included.
Drawing from Iyengar and Kripalu yoga - it
provides both attention to detail and alignment,
as well as allowing for a deep inner connection
and flow.
Most importantly, use the breath as your guide.
Both sequences have generous reminders of the
breath throughout, supported by the ebb and
flow of Conni's accompaniment on flute, chimes
and keyboard.
Not all yoga exercise is suitable for everyone.
To reduce risk of injury consult your doctor before
