The Jonny Mogambo Band has been touring Colorado,nationwide and worldwide for over ten years. Members of the band have played with artists ranging from Taj Mahal, Steel Pulse, Snoop Dog,The String Cheese Incident trio to Sally Taylor,Dave Mason, Leftover Salmon and members of the Bonnie Rait Band. JMB is independently owned and operated and has played from New York to San Francisco to Turkey, Greece, Itally ,Spain, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. You can catch JMB mainly in Vail Colorado during the winter ski season and nationwide on the road during their spring, summer and fall tours. During the winter in Vail, Jonny Mogambo plays many solo acoustic rock “apres ski” shows. Jonny does a series of live looping that makes his solo act sound like a whole band playing. He definitely gets the crowd jumping and does not leave a single soul untouched. JMB have sold over 10,000 albums on their own and continue to receive radio play nationwide. The main draw of the JMB is their high energy show that draws on musical influences ranging from funk ,rock rhythm and blues to reggae,ska,bluegrass,pop and jazz.
