Meet Huffamoose, the scrappy Philadelphia rock band who first gained notoreity as one of the only unsigned bands to play Woodstock '94. Subsequently signed by Interscope Records, they enjoyed nationwide radio airplay of the hit single "Wait" and seemed poised for rock stardom. This is a very special band which has deifies the traditional and embraced the alternative in its truest sense. From their beginnings in 1993 through their demise after the Interscope and Shanachie albums, they survive on CD to this day thanks to the vault of music recorded in the '90s. The remnants of the band exist as the Kevin Hanson Trio (now just called Kevin Hanson or SexAmbulance) and Craig Elkins is still around making great music as well. To their credit, how many groups have a DVD telling the story of the rise and fall of a band that made such an impression as Huffamoose.
