An open and playful approach to the balancing of our 7 power centres. Through the turning of the chakras, energy is absorbed and again released. The chakras disperse vital energy, making our existence possible. When one or more of the chakras is blocked, imbalance and disease may occur. By means of energetic vibrations, we can restore the balance. The beat of the music starts at 60 beats a minute for the base chakra and proceeds to increase as we move up the spine. The nucleus of Guna Sangah is made up by Onno Wieten and Fred Kosters. In collaboration with guest musicians, they work their ideas into sound for ceremonies, a healing soundscape or just for entertainment and relaxation.
