Glenmore Lloyd Brown began his music career as a singer and a hypnotic melodica player, recording for Coxsone Dodd, Duke Reid, Prince Buster, Leslie Kong and Derrick Herriot. He set up his own Pantomine and South East Music labels in the early 70s, he produced tracks for U Roy, Gregory Isaacs, Big Youth, Prince Jazzbo, Johnny Clarke and Little Roy. He was a master of versioning his riddims, mostly with the help of King Tubby's. Currently residing in Brooklyn, Brown continues to bless us with his masterful musical visions.

In 2001, Kanaiwa hooked up with Brown through Ras Kush, the founder of Black Redemption Sound. Kanaiwa and Brown recorded half dozen songs together. This fine roots reggae track in 7” vinyl format is one of the examples from the sessions. More songs from this sessions to be released.
