At age 12- Made several appearances on a Weekly Country music television program "Country Music Jubilee" on Channel 13, Bowling Green, Kentucky.
Saved- At age 16 at "Calvary Tabernacle Church" in Dan Station, Kentucky with Pastor John David Morris & Evangelist John Morris Sr. (John Morris Sr. is 104 and years old and still writes a sermon every week and publishes it in a local news paper)
