It’s been 2 dark years since Down Factor’s first aural assault, Pure, hit the shelves, but they have returned and this time, they’ve come to Murder the World. A blisteringly aggressive and unconventionally complex mixture of Death Metal and Thrash Metal as only the Bay Area can do it. Down Factor has completed their next album release entitled, “Murder the World”. Delivered in a tight grinding format, the music is melodic, outspoken and in your face. Murder the World is an opus, an angry, but vital call to the masses to once again open their eyes to the social issues surrounding them. From social issues, political corruption, blind religious zealotry to the abuse of world leaders through warring gods, Down Factor’s music is melodic, blunt and outspoken, but refined and highly accessible, delivered in a tight, grinding live performance. The members consist of George Anderson, guitars and vocals, Brooks Rocco, guitars, Ramon Ochoa on drums and Waylon Ford on bass.
