The group burst out from the riverside shores of Nigeria in 2004, emerging as winners of a talent competition organized by Grafton Records, a United Kingdom Independent Record label.

The duo made of Lenny B, a talented vocalist and TL, a Poetic Rapper formed the group in 2004 after the talent search and has since then been known for making hit songs that have rocked Africa and in recent times Europe and the United Kingdom. They have enjoyed phenomenal chart success in Africa - their single ‘I love you’ made history as one of the African acts songs that got play listed in some mainstream stations in Europe and some parts of the United States. They have also performed alongside stars such as Wayne Wonder, Akon, Beenie Man, DJ Phoebe One and Pyrelli!
