Motivated by the desire of my daughter Maria Ximena and dear son-in-law Ramiro (parents of my first grand daughter Sofia) I started recording a guitar tape at home, in a very rustic and homemade way. I tried to reunite old songs that I haven’t played in a long time, songs that conformed my first recordings, in the 70´s. you’ll notice my passion and absolute fascination for Brazilian music, that besides of its harmony and rhythm, it’s an expression of seduction and sensuality. As the recording was happening, thanks to my dear Jacqueline, I realized I was recovering one of the best times of my life, my musical youth, and my frantic love for this instrument, that I enjoyed to play so much and also to find again the precision that I thought I´ve forgotten.
