The argentinian musician and record producer Fernando Falcoff, is a living legend in the local market. In the seventies and eighties he produced several bands and soloist of the "beat" and "pop" wave in the region. As an Obama Supporter, he composed this song in spanish to help obtaining the vote of the latin and hispano community living in USA. He decided to summon the female singer Alejandra Aldao to perform this track.
